If any member of your party commits an illegal or potentially dangerous act including carrying or taking drugs during or before an activity, is under the influence of alcohol, persistently disregards the instructions of our guides, or is disruptive or exhibits difficult behavior, we reserve the right to terminate such persons' participation in the activity & there will be no right to any refund.
We offer a 48-hour cancellation policy to our guests, free from any penalty. Guests whom cancel within the 48-hour period prior to their excursion or are a No-Show for their booking will not receive a refund. We encourage all guests to purchase trip insurance for any vacation. This policy includes missed charters due to COVID related cancellations and no-shows. Travel insurance is provided by most credit card issuers and private providers include American Express Travel. Severe weather, while unusual in the Virgin Islands may include high winds and rough seas. Rain does not constitute severe weather, as it typically passes within the hour. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged full price.
